Successful selling isn't about annoying people until they buy your product - it's about problem-solving. Make your customer's problem your problem, and demonstrate to the customer how your product will save money or make his life better or easier. This course covers a number of strategies for discovering your customer's core needs and presenting the Company's product as a key solution.

The lecture portion of this course will be presented at the Holiday Inn Burbank from 9am-5pm on Thursday, June 27, 2002.
